Frisco Residential Housing Sales For March 2017 Are Down 4.6%

This month there were 314 residential property sales recorded in Frisco, which was a decrease of 4.6% compared to March last year. There was a dip of 5.3% in the number of housing units sold year to date compared to March last year. There were 756 housing units sold this year. In Frisco there were 353 projected homes sold this month, and this was a hike of 7.2%. Year to date the number of projected property sales was down 0.4%, with 795 projected property sales total this year. The number of new homes listed in March 2017 was higher 24.9%, with 602 new homes listed this month. Year to date there was an improvement of 7% in newly listed homes in the market.
